I had mixed feelings about my stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The location was fantastic, being directly linked to the mall and the monorail, which made getting around super easy. However, the room I was given was in need of serious maintenance and cleanliness was a definite concern. Overall, while I enjoyed the dining options, especially the variety, some aspects of the experience were definitely disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to a mall and the Imbi monorail station, which made exploring Kuala Lumpur effortless. however, the room I was initially assigned had a couple of issues that required multiple changes. The staff was friendly but check-in was frustratingly slow, and the amenities could use some updates.
