The room felt spacious. I enjoyed the location. It provided easy access to the MRT station. Breakfast included vegetarian options, and the indoor theme park really charmed my daughter. I must commend the polite housekeeping staff. They ensured the room stayed very tidy and consistently replenished bath essentials.
I noticed a faint odour in the washroom, like a sewage smell. It was not strong, but noticeable.

The swimming pool is spacious and provides a refreshing escape from the city heat. There are twenty loungers available around the pool area with a shaded section. The gym include three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The location was certainly convenient. I found the service lacking. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and the floor was sticky. This really detracted from the experience, and I expected better attention to detail.

I appreciated the early check-in. It was very helpful after a long flight. The rooms offered ample space and were very clean. I found the direct access to the shopping mall convenient. The staff were attentive.
I noticed that some of the bathroom fixtures showed minor signs of wear.
